The Dalmore 30 Year Old Release 2021 begins in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finishes in pipes previously used for Graham's 30 Year Old tawny port. The matching ages connect this annual Highland release with the Portuguese port house.

Notes

Candied orange, toffee and cherry meet brioche, baked apple and plum. Vanilla and almond frame a rich palate with a lingering fruit-and-pastry finish.

Alexander Matheson founded The Dalmore in 1839. When the Mackenzie family took control in 1867, they placed their stag on its bottles, creating an emblem that still recalls those who helped turn the Highland distillery into a lasting name.
