Product details

The Dalmore 21 Year Old matures first in American white oak bourbon barrels. Selected González Byass casks previously used for Matusalem Oloroso aged for 30 years provide the finish for this annual Highland release.

Notes

Dark chocolate, Seville orange and coffee lead into liquorice, forest fruit and walnut. Marzipan, pear tarte tatin and blood orange add depth to the finish.

Alexander Matheson founded The Dalmore in 1839. When the Mackenzie family took control in 1867, they placed their stag on its bottles, creating an emblem that still recalls those who helped turn the Highland distillery into a lasting name.
