Hendrick's is created via an absurdly inefficient, yet quite glorious process. In essence, to make one gin, we first create two. One on an old-fashioned pot still, yielding a rich and intricate spirit. The other on a long-necked Carter Head, producing a delicate, more refined spirit. Each still is infused with an unusual symphony of 11 botanicals: chamomile, elderflower, juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, caraway, coriander, cubeb berries, angelica root, yarrow root and orris root. The gins from the two stills are then married together and graced with curious yet marvelous infusions of Rose and Cucumber. This odd method of making gin enables Hendrick's to taste light, yet intriguingly complex. The result is a wondrously refreshing gin with a delightfully floral aroma, elevating any gin cocktail and all occasions.

Another Hendrick’s shares the same well-rounded, delicate-yet-complex character as Hendrick’s original - and yet, it tastes unmistakably different. The first permanent addition to our range in nearly a decade, Another Hendrick’s was crafted to reveal a different side of ourselves. At its heart lies Hendrick’s ionic rose and cucumber, layered with bright orange blossom and the silky decadence of cacao beans, it’s like meeting an old friend incarnated in a new sensory dimension. Presented in a striking white bottle, Another Hendrick’s is a luminously layered spirit - at once refreshing, elegant, and intriguing.

Composed like a perfume, Seventy One Gin unites a classic gin heart with the finest botanical absolutes. Hand-picked damask rose and grapefruit surround the ‘Queen of the Night (selenicereus glandiflorus)’, infusing the spirit with a heady, fragrant bouquet. Exceptionally rare, this flower blooms once a year, only at night, wilting before dawn. Finished in select oak casks, Seventy One Gin rests for 71 nights. A final nocturnal flourish, marrying the elements with a harmonious accord.

In Japan, there’s a fleeting period during spring when the sakura (cherry) blossoms are in full bloom. In a tradition known as ‘Hanami’ people head out to celebrate the cascading of these blooms and the change of season. Distilled with 11 botanicals including sakura flower and sakura leaf, Ukiyo Japanese Gin delivers delicate blossom aromas and a crisp, refreshing flavour profile. Yuzu is a citrus fruit that is cultivated and beloved within Japan. Visually similar to a lemon but with a powerful fragrance, unique herbal notes, mild bitterness, and a less sharp acid flavour. Ukiyo Yuzu Gin offers the zesty, tart flavour of yuzu, balanced with bright, tangy orange from Mikan Peel, more citrus, and delicate spice notes from Shansho pepper.

Roku is a perfectly-balanced, exceptional gin combining six distinctive Japanese botanicals with eight traditional botanicals. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, Roku is the prestigious gin that offers the best of every season. Sakura flower, Sakura leaf, Yuzu peel, Sencha tea (green tea), Gyokuro tea (refined green tea) and Sanshō pepper. Six Japanese botanicals cultivated over four seasons, carefully selected to create Roku, Japan’s authentic craft gin. Each botanical has been harvested at the peak of its season to extract the best flavor, then distilled to fully embody the blessings of nature. The harvest of the four seasons has been blended to create Roku's balanced flavor.
