Yuzu is a citrus fruit that is cultivated and beloved within Japan. Visually similar to a lemon but with a powerful fragrance, unique herbal notes, mild bitterness, and a less sharp acid flavour. Ukiyo Yuzu Gin offers the zesty, tart flavour of yuzu, balanced with bright, tangy orange from Mikan Peel, more citrus, and delicate spice notes from Shansho pepper.

THE STORY OF UKIYO

The term ukiyo refers to a state of mind emphasising living in the moment, detached from the difficulties of life. Ukiyo Spirits are a celebration of the purity of traditional Japanese distilling. Born in Chiba, east of Tokyo, the spirits are made from a base of rice, enriched with Japanese botanicals and masterfully distilled into unique Gin and Vodka expressions.
