40 years of maturation shape this Highland single malt from The Dalmore. American white oak ex-bourbon barrels are followed by selected Matusalem Oloroso sherry and Graham's colheita port casks, before the components are brought together.
Notes
Cherry, plum and sultana lead into orange peel, chocolate truffle and walnut. The finish carries dark forest fruit, caramelised pear and dark chocolate.
