Product details

Three single-cask Dalmores, aged 26, 28 and 43 years, explore González Byass sherry casks in this 150-set release. Vintage Oloroso, Matusalem and Apostoles finishes are presented together in a leather-finished case handmade in Florence.

Notes

The 26 offers raisins, mandarin and almonds; the 28 brings marmalade, dark cherry and chocolate. The 43 combines vanilla, forest fruit and pineapple, with a long cinnamon finish.

THE SHERRY EDITION

The Dalmore's Sherry Edition explores three cask traditions: vintage Oloroso, Matusalem and Apostoles. Each follows an initial bourbon-cask maturation, showing how the past life of a wine cask can steer a Highland whisky in a new direction.
