Meunier takes centre stage in Billecart-Salmon N°3, based on the 2015 harvest with reserve wine from 2013. The Vallée de la Marne cuvée is vinified in stainless steel and spends 64 months on its lees before receiving a low dosage.
Notes
Linden blossom, cereal and citrus aromas lead into white cherry, pineapple and yellow plum. The flowing, supple texture finishes with white pepper and a fresh yellow-fruit tang.
