Grand Cru Chardonnay from Cramant, Chouilly and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger forms Louis Salmon 2009. Named after the early winemaker, this Blanc de Blancs is vinified in stainless steel and aged for 12 years on its lees.
Notes
Mandarin, yuzu and pear meet fresh honey and butter. A creamy palate carries marzipan, brioche and white fruit, with white pepper and a long finish of cardamom, mango and citrus.
