Four Grand Cru villages in the Côte des Blancs supply the Chardonnay for Billecart-Salmon Blanc de Blancs. The cuvée combines wines from two harvests, sourced from Avize, Chouilly, Cramant and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.

Notes

Brioche, fresh butter and white flowers introduce a mineral nose. Creamy bubbles carry almond and citrus zest, with a chalky texture and a persistent, lightly saline finish.
