Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé combines Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Noir in a non-vintage champagne. A portion of the Pinot Noir is vinified as red wine before blending, giving the cuvée its rosé colour.
Notes
Red berries and citrus zest form a delicate bouquet. A light, supple palate carries wild strawberry and raspberry, with fine bubbles and a fresh finish.
