Product details

Scottish mainland barley is used for Octomore 12.1, matured for 5 years in American whiskey casks. Produced at Bruichladdich on Islay, this heavily peated single malt introduces the twelfth series through a focused barley origin and cask recipe.

Notes

Pepper, golden syrup and honey surround peat smoke. Apricot, nougat, orange and pear soften the palate, followed by salted caramel and floral smoke.
