Product details

Islay-grown barley supplies Octomore 12.3, matured for 5 years. American whiskey casks account for 75% of the recipe; the remaining 25% comes from full maturation in Pedro Ximénez solera casks from Fernando de Castilla in Jerez.

Notes

Pepper, dark chocolate and peat lead into dried fruit, barley and toffee. Tobacco and toast give way to soot, fig, salted lemon and bitter chocolate.
