Sugarcane grown entirely on Mount Gay's estate in St Lucy, Barbados, supplies the molasses for Single Estate Series 2. This second release keeps the agricultural origin within the estate, making the source of the cane central to its identity.

Notes

Grapefruit, plum and banana meet almond, milk chocolate and sea salt. Brown sugar, oak and floral notes lead into a gently smoky, saline finish.

SINCE 1703

Mount Gay takes its name from Sir John Gay Alleyne, hired by the Sober family to run their Barbadian distillery. His improvements earned a lasting tribute when they renamed the business, adding a human chapter to a history traced to 1703.
