The Dalmore Vintage 2007 was bottled in 2022 from casks selected in the sandstone warehouses. Bourbon-matured whisky is married with components finished in Matusalem, Apostoles, Amoroso and Marsala casks, bringing several wine traditions together.

Honey and brioche meet iced ginger cake. Mandarin, orange-blossom honey and warm spice lead into a finish of ginger biscuits and cinnamon.
