Product details

American white oak bourbon barrels provide the first maturation for The Dalmore 15 Year Old. Apostoles, Amoroso and Matusalem Oloroso casks then contribute three sherry styles, with each component aged for at least 15 years before blending.

Notes

Orange marmalade, cinnamon and nutmeg develop into mandarin, vanilla, ginger and apple. Caramelised orange and dark chocolate linger on the finish.

Alexander Matheson founded The Dalmore in 1839. When the Mackenzie family took control in 1867, they placed their stag on its bottles, creating an emblem that still recalls those who helped turn the Highland distillery into a lasting name.
