The Dalmore 12 Year Old matures in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before a portion moves into selected Oloroso sherry casks. The Highland single malt introduces the two-stage maturation used throughout much of the distillery collection.

Notes

Citrus, chocolate and aromatic spice lead into Seville orange, dried fruit and vanilla. Roasted coffee and dark chocolate carry through the finish.

THE STORY OF THE DALMORE

Alexander Matheson founded The Dalmore in 1839. When the Mackenzie family took control in 1867, they placed their stag on its bottles, creating an emblem that still recalls those who helped turn the Highland distillery into a lasting name.
