Distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2022, this Dalmore vintage combines bourbon-cask whisky with parcels from Rivesaltes wine, Matusalem and Amoroso casks. The selection comes from the Highland distillery's historic sandstone warehouses.

Notes

Honey, dark toffee and aged vanilla lead into maple syrup and spiced dark fruit. Marmalade and gentle sweet spice linger on the finish.

Alexander Matheson founded The Dalmore in 1839. When the Mackenzie family took control in 1867, they placed their stag on its bottles, creating an emblem that still recalls those who helped turn the Highland distillery into a lasting name.
