Veuve Clicquot Cave Privée 1990 spent an extended period in the chalk cellars before release. Founded in Reims in 1772, the house pioneered vintage champagne in 1810 and maintains a network of chalk galleries stretching 24 kilometres.

Notes

Candied fruit and citrus meet vanilla, mineral and lightly toasted notes. A firm opening gives way to a concentrated palate, with citrus freshness and a broad, long finish.
