Pinot Noir and Meunier from the 2014 harvest form Telmont Blanc de Noirs. Half the wine is vinified in oak. Made without malolactic fermentation, this extra-brut champagne ages for 6 years under cork.

Notes

Red berries, kirsch, meringue and sugared almond open the bouquet. Red fruit carries through the palate with cardamom, vanilla and caramel, giving a rich, spicy impression.

HISTORY OF TELMONT

André Lhôpital returned to Champagne in 1947 and named Telmont after one of his finest vineyard plots. His son Serge later led the house and served as mayor of Damery, keeping the family's winemaking story closely linked to its village.
