Santa Teresa 1796 was created for the Venezuelan estate's bicentenary in 1996. Its triple-ageing process moves through initial barrel maturation, the Solera system and French Limousin oak vats, continually bringing older and younger reserves together.
Notes
Nuts, chocolate and leather meet vanilla, cinnamon and prune. Brief sweetness gives way to a dry, balanced palate and a long finish with honey and pepper.
