Ruinart Blanc de Blancs draws Chardonnay from 25 to 30 crus across the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Sézannais and Vallée de la Vesle. The blend includes reserve wines and ages for 2 to 3 years in the cellar.

Notes

Ripe citron, pear and peach open into white flowers, ginger and pink peppercorn. The rounded palate carries citrus and tropical fruit, with a long, delicate finish.
