Grand Cru Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Sillery forms Dom Ruinart 2010, aged under cork. The prestige cuvée comes from the first established Champagne house, founded by Nicolas Ruinart in Reims in 1729.

Notes

Floral and mineral aromas develop into roasted hazelnut, almond, nutmeg and a hint of coffee. Fig leaf, black tea and fresh spice carry through to a fresh finish with a delicate bitter edge.
