When it launched in 2010, it became the first champagne specifically created to be enjoyed over ice, an idea that challenged convention at the time. Under Cellar Master Benoît Gouez, Moët & Chandon developed a blend capable of maintaining its intensity and balance even as the ice slowly melts. Built around Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, Ice Impérial opens with notes of mango, guava, ripe nectarine, and soft spices. The palate starts rich and fruit-forward before giving way to a fresher finish marked by citrus and ginger. With this latest collaboration, Pharrell Williams continues to bring a new perspective to one of Champagne's most storied houses.
