Fine-grained oak barrels are central to Martell VSOP, with every eau-de-vie aged for at least 4 years. The house distils only clear wines, removing all lees before distillation, then selects the matured reserves for its final blend.
Notes
Mirabelle plum, greengage, apricot and vine peach create ripe yellow-fruit aromas. Rich fruit on the palate is balanced by gentle oak and soft spice.
