The 1999 harvest at the Gallienne estate supplied this single Borderies eau-de-vie. Distilled in 2000, it spent 23 years in fine-grained oak before Martell bottled and numbered the Single Cru Vintage Edition.

Notes

Lemon, linden blossom and candied fruit bring freshness to nutmeg and vanilla. Cooked plum, quince and fig fill the rounded palate; nuts and honey remain on the finish.
