Maurice Fillioux created Paradis in 1979, inspired by an orchestra bringing different parts together. Hennessy selects eaux-de-vie matured exclusively in very old oak barrels for the blend, drawing on reserves cared for by generations of cellar masters.
Notes
Jasmine, cinnamon and exotic fruit on the nose. Silky and rounded on the palate, with floral depth that continues through a persistent finish.
