Around twenty old Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie from Frapin's Paradise cellars form Plume, a tribute to François Rabelais. Limited to 500 numbered decanters, it is presented in an Orfèvrerie d'Anjou carafe with feathers gilded in 24-carat gold.
Notes
Dried apricot, fig, orange and liquorice give way to tobacco and cigar box. Candied fruit, prune and woodland aromas fill the palate, with persistent rancio.
