18 years of maturation at Suntory's mountain-forest distillery define Hakushu 18 Year Old. The Japanese single malt develops in the wooded surroundings of Mount Kaikomagatake, with exceptionally soft local water used in its production.
Notes
Ripe pear, dried mint and oregano meet jasmine, mango and quince. Menthol and gentle smoke carry through a long finish with a subtle bitter edge.
