Peter, Leonard and Tom Russell selected this Glengoyne 36 Year Old from one refill sherry butt. Three generations of the family chose the cask together, and it yielded just 402 bottles after 36 years of maturation.

Notes

Strawberry, lime, mint and lemon meringue meet stewed apple and coconut. Silky and creamy, with tropical fruit, dried banana and chocolate cherry through a spiced finish.
