The GlenDronach 15 Year Old matures in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía. The Highland single malt spends at least 15 years in traditional dunnage warehouses before the selected casks are brought together.

Notes

Apricot, fig and black cherry lead into angelica and muscovado sugar. Manuka honey, herbal bitters and dark chocolate carry a long, layered finish.

MATURED IN SHERRY CASKS

GlenDronach builds its craft around sherry-seasoned oak, drawing on Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez traditions from Andalucía. The casks mature in dunnage warehouses, where the team follows their progress before selecting spirits to marry.
