The GlenDronach 12 Year Old matures for at least 12 years in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. Both styles of Spanish sherry wood contribute to this Highland single malt, following the long-established cask tradition at the distillery.

Notes

Creamy sherry sweetness opens into raisins and soft fruit. Spice and nuts develop as the palate dries, leaving a firm, lingering finish.

MATURED IN SHERRY CASKS

GlenDronach builds its craft around sherry-seasoned oak, drawing on Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez traditions from Andalucía. The casks mature in dunnage warehouses, where the team follows their progress before selecting spirits to marry.
