ADVENTURE IN NICARAGUA

Alfredo Francisco Pellas Canessa left Genoa for Nicaragua in 1875. After investing in transport, he found a venture at the foot of San Cristóbal volcano, founding the Flor de Caña distillery in 1890 on land shaped by heat and fertile soil.
