Centuria was created to celebrate a century of Ron Abuelo's rum-making. Selected older reserves are brought together through a Solera system, making the interaction between rums of different ages central to this Panamanian blend.

Notes

Sweet citrus, prunes and raisins meet pecan, cocoa and ripe apricot. Rounded and balanced, with a long finish of fruit and mature wood.

VARELA FAMILY

José Varela Blanco opened the San Isidro sugar mill in Pesé, Panama, in 1908. His family later turned to rum, and Varela Hermanos still works in the same town. Ron Abuelo's roots lie in that passage from growing sugar cane to ageing spirit.
