César Martí created Eminente Reserva with 70% aged aguardientes, the Cuban molasses spirits central to its blend. Matured for at least 7 years in white-oak ex-whisky barrels, it draws on nineteenth-century Cuban rum-making methods.
Notes
Vanilla, cane sugar and Sichuan pepper lead into prune, chocolate and molasses. Almond and pear add depth to the rounded palate.
