Distilled and aged in Panama, Bumbu XO matures first in bourbon barrels before selected components are finished in white-oak sherry casks. This cask-led release follows a different production route from the spiced Bumbu Original.
Notes
Toffee, toasted oak and vanilla open into orange zest, peppery spice and a little coffee. Smooth and rounded, with a lingering oak finish.
