Don Papa Baroko begins with the molasses known locally as Black Gold, made from sugarcane grown around Mount Kanlaon. This infused rum-based expression draws its inspiration from Sugarlandia, the cane-growing landscape of the Philippine island of Negros.
Notes
Citrus and vanilla open into candied tropical fruit and honey. Full and smooth, with dried fruit and a touch of toasted oak on the finish.
