Casks filled in 1991 and 1992 were selected for Bowmore 29 Year Old Timeless. European sherry-seasoned oak and American bourbon barrels held the Islay single malt for at least 29 years before the components were brought together for this release.
Notes
Dark fruit, raisins and cocoa develop into bitter orange and liquorice. Cherry blossom lifts the palate before peat smoke and sea salt carry a long, warming finish.
