AMAN El Profesor honours 15 years of work in public education by the founder. Its sculptural bottle combines a rose-gold metallic gradient with stylised agave forms inspired by the coa, the traditional tool used to harvest agave.

Notes

Agave, brown sugar and butterscotch lead into wood, vanilla and toasted almond. Silky and gently fruity, with a long, rounded finish.

Aman's roots lie in a childhood journey from Los Angeles to Nayarit. At nine, Gerardo Madrigal became fascinated by blue agave fields and asked his parents to drive past them, beginning a bond with the land that led him into agave farming.
