Product details

The second exclusive Cigar Malt dram has been carefully crafted to perfectly complement the complex aroma and mouthfeel of a handmade cigar. Created using a small selection of first fill European oak sherry casks with a suitably robust character and bottled un-chillfiltered at 53.8% ABV, this is a dram dedicated to richness and strength.

Tasting notes

Sherry-soaked winter fruits, giving way to rich malt loaf topped with vanilla cream. Honeyed apricots, then toasted nuts.

DEDICATED TO SPEYSIDE

The Tamdhu distillery is nestled in the Speyside whisky region, in the northeast of Scotland. The area is famous for whisky production thanks to the fertile glens and the River Spey which runs through it, making it the most densely populated whisky region in the world. They have been using water that flows into the River Spey in their whisky making process since they were established in 1897. They work with the Spey Fishery Board in improving the River Spey and local woodland for wildlife. They are proud to have recently launched the Tamdhu Fish Pass Project which allows migratory fish to have an easier journey to their spawning sites.
