Sierra Silver is made at Destilería Sierra Unidas, a family-run distillery on a historic hacienda in Guadalajara. Jalisco agaves are selected by hand, distilled twice in pot stills and rested in stainless steel before the red-sombrero bottle is filled.
Notes
Fresh agave, green apple and young pineapple give a fruity opening. A slight chilli note adds warmth to the bright palate.
