Selected whisky finished in sakura casks distinguishes Hibiki Blossom Harmony. Malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita are brought together for the Japanese blend, adding cherry-wood maturation to the blending tradition.

Notes

Sakura blossom and fragrant olive introduce a smooth palate. Honey, French pear and sakura mochi lead into a long, gently floral finish.

Hibiki's signature glass bottle has twenty-four facets, recalling Japan's seasonal calendar. Echizen washi paper, calligraphy by Tansetsu Ogino and a purple neck band bring several forms of Japanese craft into one carefully composed design.
