French winter wheat from Picardie and spring water from Gensac form the recipe for Grey Goose. Cellar Master François Thibault oversees a production process developed around these two ingredients, from the grain through to the finished vodka.

Notes

Delicate floral aromas lead into a sweet, rounded palate. Hints of almond, apple and citrus accompany a fuller finish with a touch of toffee.

Grey Goose follows its vodka from Picardie wheat to bottling in France. Water comes from the limestone well at Gensac-la-Pallue, while control of milling and distillation lets the house trace the journey of its ingredients from the start.
