French Limousin oak gives this 15 Year Old Glenlivet its defining maturation stage. A proportion of the whisky enters casks made from oak sourced in the Dordogne, a wood also used in cognac production, before the final Speyside single malt is assembled.
Notes
Sweet fruit and delicate spice lead into almond. The palate is rounded, with lingering sweetness and a gentle spicy finish.
