This The GlenAllachie was distilled on October 25, 2011 and has matured in Ruby Port Pipe Cask. This was bottled in July 2022 at cask strength of 56.6%, non chill filtered and without the addition of colorants, as a limited single cask release of 858 bottles.

Lashings of heather honey, dried wild berries and cinnamon dusted apple crumble, followed by orange zest and dark chocolate.
