The ripe September harvest supplied Chardonnay and Pinot Noir for Dom Pérignon P2 2006. This later release follows the Plénitude 2 approach: at least 15 years of ageing in the cellar before the house presents the vintage at its second stage of maturity.
Notes
Floral and mineral notes open into wild peach, citron, almond confectionery and mocha. A full, increasingly firm palate finishes with salinity, dried fruit, cocoa and toasted hazelnut.
