The story begins around 1830 with Augustin Vallet and his vineyard of 3 ha. The property sees successive Pierre, Maurice, Louis and Michel. Independent and owners since 1866, Laurent and Elodie Vallet represent the 6th generation and are the fervent bearers of a singular and authentic history. They perpetuate the values and traditions inherited from the past while placing innovation at the service of quality. The Napoleon stands apart: between the VSOP and the XO in the general cognac classification, this blend also has a special position in our range: a blend of more than 10 different cognacs, all older than the years required by regulation.
Notes
This Napoleon remains typical of our cognacs by its amazing roundness and its sweetness with light notes of lime tree, dried flowers, plum and dried fruits. Very present vanilla, suppleness and roundness on the palate. The 'rancio' appears in final notes.
