If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

Returns are only possible under the following conditions:

• Unopended bottles.
• Items have attached labels and stickers
• Items are in the original packaging.

• The number of products returned.
• Reason of returns.

Returns are at your own risk, meaning RICH&RIVANO is not responsible for any damage or loss. Always request a track & trace code and keep it until the return is confirmed.

Return costs are the customer's responsibility, unless an error occurred on our part, in which case a return label will be provided.
