Tasting notes
The taste is soft and sweet, flattering, yet with a light and lively acidity. The soft, delicate fruity core is surrounded by chocolate notes, with the texture, chocolate and fruit combination creating a cherry liqueur chocolate truffle. Overall warming, Slightly softer with water, although the balance remains just a little lighter. Exciting and complex, the finish is long, soft, slightly dry and full of cocoa.
