UNIQUE CARD NUMBER
Your member card is personal and its use by third parties is strictly prohibited. We will not disclose any information, even if requested by your PA or concierge. You are solely responsible for the membership.


STRICTLY PERSONAL
Unfortunately, we are forced to deny access if we notice that the rules are being infringed. It is not possible to hand over a membership without any permission from RICH&RIVANO. If you have lost the card, please let us know as soon as possible. We will provide you with a new card and number and we will transfer all information to your new personalised portal.
