I didn't receive the order confirmation.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your package is on its way, you'll automatically receive a tracking code to follow its journey.


Can I cancel my order?

Why does it take longer to receive my order?

Your order might be delayed if the product is out of stock, or it's taking longer to arrive from the supplier. Rest assured, items in stock are dispatched within 1-3 business days.


Is it possible to place urgent orders?

We don't offer urgent deliveries. If receiving your item by a specific time is crucial, we recommend contacting us at info@richrivano.com or 010 4844 521 to discuss your needs, although we can't promise exceptions.


Can I return purchases?

If your online purchase doesn't live up to your expectations, feel free to return it within 14 days of receipt. Please note, purchases made in-store are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.


How can I request an invoice?
